
A dedicated quality manager is responsible for all quality control across the business. It is therefore inherent in all of our operations and fully supported by directors, managers and staff. Our trained internal audit team consistently check our procedures and involve personnel from all areas of the company to ensure we are consistently delivering to the required standards.
Our quality management system is designed to ensure we construct all works to the client's specific requirements, codes of practise and current British Standards, through a process of checking, testing and inspection. To further enhance the quality of our service we issue client satisfaction questionnaires, which cover, quality of work, time management, communication and organisation skills. All responses and scores are reported to management for action.
