
A dedicated quality manager is responsible for all quality control across the business. It is therefore inherent in all of our operations and fully supported by directors, managers and staff. Our trained internal audit team consistently check our procedures and involve personnel from all areas of the company to ensure we are consistently delivering to the required standards.
Our quality management system is designed to ensure we construct all works to the client's specific requirements, codes of practise and current British Standards, through a process of checking, testing and inspection. We issue client satisfaction questionnaires, which monitor continual improvement in our performance on each project by gathering and analysing client feedback and scoring the results against key performance indicators. By adopting a common approach to quality across the whole of our company, we are able to identify examples of best practice and spread these across all areas of our business.
The assurance of quality is fundamental to all work undertaken by the company and all components of the Quality Management Systems are regularly and systematically revised by both internal and external Quality Audit procedures.
