Corporate social responsibility

For Kilnbridge, corporate social responsibility means continuous progress in achieving the highest standards of safety, considering the environmental impact of every aspect of what we do, and treating our clients, employees, suppliers and the communities in which we work as long-term partners.

Kinbridge's impact and influence extend well beyond our construction operations. We play a positive role in the communities in which we work both in our office locations and the communities where we have projects.

In conducting business activities we have the potential to impact positively on the neighbourhoods in which we work, not only by engaging with them but by offering skills training, career opportunities and support for community events. Working in harmony with the communities in which we work is important to Kinbridge.

Kilnbridge employ and provide training to in excess of 250 people, covering a diverse range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds; the majority being residents of the London boroughs.

We have an ethos of supporting local businesses, and where possible, sourcing products and materials through local supply chain partners. We aim to support personal development for young people, provide financial support for chosen local charities and provide support to community-based organisations. We offer sponsorship to local clubs as well as donations to charities nationwide and hold our own charity events throughout the year.
